Rosarito Beach to become discount-city.

Every type of business in Rosarito Beach (Baja resort city) joined in an effort to attract tourist by agreeing to give discounts. That is hotels, restaurants, stores, artisans, and yes, even dentists joined in the total city effort. Visitors can obtain a coupon book that according to Martha Mendoza, General Manager of the Rosarito Convention and Visitor's Buerau, will provide from 10 to 40 per cent savings in participating establishments.

So here is a chance to eat the famous lobsters at Puerto Nuevo (New Port) a few miles south of Rosarito, but still part of the same municipality, and save. No details were offered on the dentist discounts, so one can presume there are also coupons, but visitors should check out the dentists before using those services.

Rosarito is home to the very famous Rosarito Beach Hotel that is offering on top of the coupon for discounts in their rooms, special spa packages. Rosarito has over 500 shops, and dozens of restaurants where one can find just about anything available in Mexico. The discount coupon are good from November 1^st through December 25^th.
